I have a bundle of my first self-rolled cigars that I pick apart and do with a more stylish wrapper (and more beautiful look) 😉
The inside are built only with my homegrown tobacco.
Corojo Seco and Corojo Ligero as fillers, Criollo 98 as binder and wrapper
Now when I have more imported leafs from USA it´s more fun to make cigars again.
The most recent purchase was Nicaragua Habano Seco and Corojo Ligero.
So I have now a better mix to select from.
Like the kids dollhouse, I´m working (playing) with my humidor. 🙂
I am almost done, the RH are now close to 65%. Later I´m planning to do a top shelf in it.
Some rolled and a Bolivar
In my second year as a tobacco grower, I intend to expand a little. There will be approx 200 seedlings in 12 liter buckets and hope to bring in half of them in greenhouses.
To follow my tobacco season, click up on the menu “Grow Log 2018”
The seeds of the year are:
Little Dutch, Connecticut Broadleaf, Wisconsin 901, Pennsylvania Red, Habano 2000 and Cuban Criollo 98.
Edit, I decided to add : Black Mammoth, Havana 211, Havana 142 and Florida Sumatra
Here comes some pictures from 2017:
